This year's Oktoberfest at St. Charles Borromeo Parish was a fantastic success and great fun, as well. The Knights of Columbus, St. Charles Borromeo Council #13238 put on the event and raised money so they can continue providing donations for the needy and victims of disaster, homes for the aged, community projects, educational events, gifts of clothing and food, support for seminarians, pro-life and youth activities and their support for St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School, the greater parish community and more. The Knights wish to thank all involved and have passed on the following public thank you:

Thank you to all in our Parish who made the Knights of Columbus Oktoberfest 2013 our most successful event ever! Our special thanks goes to Nancy Beck and the Development Office, Dan Hill and Joyce Rousseau in the school, Mary Beth Hynes and the St. Charles Borromeo students who served in the dining hall, auction and nursery, the Parish Office staff, Ruth Guerrero, and to Fr. Mark, whose service donation will raise $650. We want to thank our businesses that sponsored items at the Oktoberfest. Finally, a special thank you goes to those Parishioners who contributed this year to the Parish Food Bank (over $6000), or via the auction and raffle to enable the Council's various charitable works and services throughout the year. We hope that all enjoyed the evening.
